Smooth rental agreement: The lease is of market standard and created by Norwegian real estate lawyers to ensure both parties' safety. Sign as is or customize to your needs - the Qasa digital platform enables you to tailor it to your needs. It's digitally signed with BankID for convenience.

Timely and guaranteed rent: Did you know that 22% of all rents are paid late? By signing an agreement through Qasa, you'll always receive your rent on time, even if the tenant doesn't pay. Three months deposit
When using Qasa, our partner Keyhole will help you set up a deposit account and handle all things deposit-related so you can stop worrying about that. You will have ten days after the agreement expires to stop automatic repayment in case you have a claim against the tenant. Learn more about the deposit.
Rent Guarantee
Tenants who suddenly can't or won't pay the rent can be a costly affair for you as a landlord. With our Rent Guarantee, you will always receive the rent, even if the tenant fails to pay, for up to 6 months or a maximum amount of 250,000 NOK. It provides you with financial security, so you can have peace of mind during the rental period.
The guarantee applies to all lease agreements signed through Qasa, even with international tenants.
The guarantee only applies while the tenant resides in the property, not if the tenant terminates the agreement according to the applicable terms and moves out.
The guarantee only applies if a deposit has been secured by the tenant, either by passing the credit check or paying the deposit invoice.

How it works step by step:

Create an account: The first step is to create an account if you haven't already. The easiest way is to just connect your Vend account (former Schibsted) to the Qasa platform by clicking "Continue with Vend" when login is prompted.

Publish a listing on both Qasa and FINN: The next step is to create your rental listing. Remember that a good description and some appealing photos make the listing more attractive while saving you from answering unnecessary questions from applicants. Read more about how to publish a listing.
By publishing a listing and creating a rental agreement through the service, you will benefit from services such as Rent Guarantee and Rental Insurance.

Get in touch with tenants: As soon as your listing is published, tenants can easily contact you. You will get a clear overview of all candidates, and an easy-to-use chat on the Qasa website will help you communicate without handing out your personal contact information.

Scout for tenants: Just as tenants can contact you through your listing, you can search among public tenant profiles through the Tenants tab in the main menu.

Write a rental agreement: Once you have found your tenant, you can create a lease agreement directly in your chat with the tenant. The agreement will gather information from your listing and your profile to make the process easier and smoother. Sign as is or customize to your needs. When you are ready, you proceed to sign it.

Signing: First you sign the agreement through BankID, then the tenant finalizes the agreement by signing using their BankID. Once everything is signed, you can find it under your Rentals tab.

We handle the invoicing: Qasa invoices the tenant on behalf of the landlord, and all payments are handled through our partner Keyhole.. Before the tenant moves in, a deposit is secured from the tenant. Under your Rentals tab, you will see all planned payments and whether the deposit is secured.
You will receive your first rent payment 5 days after the tenant moves in, and thereafter on the 1st of each month in advance.
