We handle all payments for you
By signing rental agreements through Qasa, you don't need to worry about rent payments or deposits. We take care of all invoicing to the tenant on behalf of the landlord and pay the rent on time every month. All you need to do is provide your bank account number (you do this in your settings), and the rent will be automatically deposited into your account on the 1st of each month in advance.
Rent Guarantee
Tenants who suddenly cannot or will not pay the rent can be a costly affair for you as a landlord. With the Rent Guarantee, you will always receive the rent, even if the tenant fails to pay, for up to 6 months or a maximum amount of 250,000 NOK. This gives you the financial security that allows you to be at ease during the rental period.
The guarantee only applies if the tenant resides in the property, not if the tenant has terminated the agreement according to the applicable terms and moved out.
When will you receive the rent?
We will initiate the rent payout on the 1st of each month, unless it lands on a bank holiday or weekend. If so, the payout will be initiated on the first coming banking day. It usually take 1-2 days before the money is in your bank account. Please note that the first rent payment is made 5 days after the tenant moves in. This is done to provide security for the tenant and reduce the risk of fraud on the platform.

If something goes wrong during the rental period, we are always here to support you. If a rent payment is not received, our partners assist in the debt collection and eviction and keep you informed throughout the process. Your security is our priority!
