Your listing will be published at both Qasa.com and FINN.no with a cost of 479 kroner. The listing is published on Qasa.com and FINN.no as long as you stay active at Qasa.com or sign a rental agreement on Qasa. With no activity from your side the listing will be removed after 49 days.
Sign rental agreements
By signing rental agreements via Qasa, you get your deposit account, rent guaranteed, rental insurance, and support throughout the rental period (read more about all the benefits).
If you published your listing before 06/02/2026 all these services are included for a service fee of 2.49% of your rent, paid monthly. No additional cost apply.
If you published your listing after 06/02/2026 there is no service fee for you as a landlord. If a deposit account is needed an additional cost of 199 kr will be deducted on your first payout for the rent. The cost connected to establishing the deposit account for the landlord is regulated by law: Husleieloven §3-5.
