When renting a home long-term, you pay a service fee that is added to the monthly rent. The fee is clearly stated in the listing, so you can see the total monthly cost before contacting the landlord. For listings published before 2026-02-06, the service fee is 2.49%. For listings published after 2026-02-06, the service fee is 4.98%.
