No need for deposits!
We understand that starting a new rental can be financially challenging. Therefore, as standard practice, you don't need to pay a deposit when renting through us.
In some cases, after a credit check has been performed, a deposit may still be required. In such instances, we securely store the deposit in a deposit account during the whole rental to prevent fraud. We also handle all rental payments on behalf of the landlord and with our partner Keyhole, ensuring your first rent is not transferred to the landlord until you have moved in and confirmed everything is in order.

No hidden fees
You will only pay a service to your monthly rent. The fee is clearly stated already in the listing, allowing you to know the total monthly cost before contacting the landlord. No additional fees are charged. The service fee ranges from 2,49% up to 4,98%, and is added to your monthly rent, depending on when the ad was published. How it works step by step

Create a profile: Set up a profile where you introduce yourself to landlords by providing information about your background, occupation, and previous references. The more detailed your profile, the higher the chances of finding suitable accommodation.

Contact landlords: Contacting a landlord is easy; simply click "Contact" in the ad and send a message. Contacting a landlord does not commit you to anything. You'll find our easy-to-use chat on the Qasa website that will help you communicate without handing out your personal contact information.

Sign the rental agreement: Once you and the landlord agree, it's time to sign the agreement. The contract is signed digitally through Qasa with BankID. Using the digital agreement protects you and provides assistance throughout your tenancy. The lease is of market standard and created by Norwegian real estate lawyers to ensure both parties' safety.
- Payment: Qasa invoices the tenant on behalf of the landlord, and all payments are handled through our partner Keyhole. This ensures a safe and fraud-free rental experience. Never pay anything directly to the landlord or share your bank or card details.
