Note on pricing of the components making up the Qasa offer

Via it´s partners, Qasa offers an integrated service that includes essential components to enable a safe and seamless rental process. Qasa is not itself a broker or responsible for the rental process, but provides its platform and services through partners to both landlords and tenants who sign a contract via the Qasa platform.
These services includes, among other elements:
- Rent guarantee
- Deposit management (via a guarantee or deposit account*)
- Payment processing and compliance checks
- Rental insurance
- Digital contract with BankID signing
- Customer support to the marketplace and related offers
*The deposit solution is determined based on the tenant’s creditworthiness and it is possible to request a deposit account. It works in the following way:
- Tenants who meet the eligibility criteria will be offered a deposit guarantee by default.
- Others will be provided with a traditional deposit account*
- Tenants who are offered a guarantee may contact Qasa before signing the agreement if they prefer to use a traditional deposit instead.
- Regardless of which deposit method is applied, the total service fee for tenants remains the same.
- When the solution is a traditional deposit account the landlord will pay a fee of 199 NOK for the establishing of the account.

Qasa operates in Norway as an aksessorisk forsikringsformidler (ancillary insurance intermediary) registered with Finanstilsynet. If issues arise, users will be directed to the Qasa´s customer support and information about the process and contact points will be clearly provided.
To ensure simplicity and transparency, Qasa applies a flat service fee of 4.98% of the monthly rent to tenants. The total combined charge is 4.98%. This all-inclusive fee covers all the services as described.
*The landlords are paying for the ads being published at Qasa.com and FINN.no, and also the fee for establishing a deposit account when it is required. There are no hidden fees and no additional charges for the tenant, unless explicitly stated.
As Qasa charges a total fee and most have dependencies and benefit both you as a Landlord and Tenant, the pricing below is to be seen as directional on how the total price is made up. Not all prices can be shown as exact guidance as they depend on the specific lease. Rental insurance is included in the total price as part of a group policy.
